100 Reasons to go Outside  is an Instagram hastag that I started as a countdown to my top 100 outdoor activities to do on the Central Coast. The idea is to inspire everyone to get outside and get ideas of places to go. So, next time you're posting about an outdoor I challenge you to put the hashtag #100reasonstogoutside in order to be recognized.

Being raised on  the Central Coast I've found exploring my community to be my favorite past time. This sight is intended to show an insider's secrets of some of the best spots in SLO County, my recent travel, and any other health and fitness activities I am into.
